RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You want to return or exchange something?
No problem!

Under §4 in our terms and conditions you will find the exact regulations for returns, but here is the most important information.

If you are returning an item, please enclose a note with your details and the exchange request with your shipment. You can also use this form. As soon as we receive the shipment, your return will be processed and you will be informed by e-mail.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and we will cover the new shipping costs. Parcels sent freight collect will be refused in any case.
Please note that we only accept unwashed, unworn and clean textiles!

If we have made a mistake with your shipment, you have received the wrong textile or the print has a flaw, please do not send the textile back yet but take a photo of the damage and contact us by e-mail. Our customer service will then get back to you quickly with a suggested solution.
